The Provincial Government of Samar, through PESO Samar and PYDO Samar, joins hands with Plan International Pilipinas for the FutureMakers 2 Project, aiming to equip 1,500 young Samarnons (18–30 years old) with skills and opportunities for decent and sustainable employment.
